FPS Limit -update-

Lately, I've noticed that FiveM is going past the original FPS limit. Try this workaround (only for Nvidia Graphics PC):

1. Download the Nvidia App here: US Only
2. Once you have the app installed, open the app and go to "Graphics"

If you don't see FiveM, select the 3 dots under Program Settings >> Add a program

Locate your FiveM app >> Now it should pop up "FiveM.exe"

Select "FiveM.exe" in the list, now locate "Max Frame Rate" on the left panel
Select "Max Frame Rate" and toggle it on, limit the FPS between 100-110

Apply

Locate "Power Management Mode" and select "Prefer Maximum Performance"

Now launch FiveM

If the above does not work, you can try to open the F8 console when FiveM is launched and try the following command:

fps_max 100
